The Role

We’re hiring a Lawn Care and Irrigation Manager to lead our lawn maintenance and irrigation division. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on field operations, team supervision, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and schedule daily lawn care and irrigation operations
  • Diagnose turf health issues and irrigation system problems
  • Manage the installation and repair of residential and commercial irrigation systems
  • Ensure proper application of fertilizer, weed/pest control, and aeration
  • Train and mentor crew members, promoting safety and performance
  • Interact with clients to provide estimates and service updates
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and material inventory

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in lawn care, turf management, and irrigation systems
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • SD Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
